- This website is owned by the Hotel Boutique Arena Negra with the corporate name Administradora y Operadora de Hoteles de Oriente SA de CV, henceforth referred to as “The Hotel”.
- All rights to its content, images and texts are owned by The Hotel.
- The content of this website may not be reproduced, transmitted or exploited in any way without the express authorization of The Hotel.
- The Hotel reserves the right to update, modify or update this page and its content freely and without prior notice and rejects responsibility for the information contained in third-party web pages connected by links to this page.
- Reservations
- All room prices include lodging service per night and are published in United States dollars (USD) or its equivalent in Mexican pesos (MXN) and do not include taxes.
- Prices are subject to change depending on the season and / or demand, and are subject to change without prior notice.
- During check in a deposit of 25 USD is charged to cover possible damages, in cash.
- Once the rate is reserved or paid, there will be no changes to it and cancellations are subject to cancellation policies.
- All reservations must be guaranteed or prepaid using a valid credit or debit card in effect at the time of payment. Those reservations not paid or guaranteed, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel them at 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival without prior notification and the space will be subject to availability without guarantee of accommodation by The Hotel.
- The user can make changes to their reservations without penalty, but these changes will be subject to room availability and current rates.
- Cancellations and No shows
- Cancellation up to 24 hours in advance, you will be reimbursed 50%
- Cancellation the same day, the room will not be reimbursed
- In case of No Show (no show on the day of arrival), the entire accommodation will be charged.
- Registry and Hosting
- All users staying at the Hotel must properly register at the Reception desk, presenting current official identification and filling out the form presented to them for that purpose, signing as it appears on the identification presented. After registration, users will be called Guests.
- The Hotel will make a photostatic copy of that identification for registration and statistical purposes in accordance with the Policies and Privacy Notice.
- Check-in is at 1:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m., and the accommodation must be paid each night in advance, either prior to the reservation, or directly at the counter no later than 3:00 p.m. 00 hrs of each day; otherwise the room will be subject to availability for that night.
- In case of arrivals before the check-in time it must be prior notice, the user can register and use the hotel facilities and can only have the room keys if it is available, otherwise they must wait until check-in time at 13:00.
- Only guests properly registered on the registration card will be able to use the hotel facilities. Visitors must stay in the lobby or cafeteria.
- The maximum occupancy of each room is defined by its category:
○ Cocoa and cinnamon – 2 Adults
○ Honey and vanilla – 2 Adults
○ Saffron – 5 Adults.
○ Children are not allowed in the property
- Pets are allowed.
- In case of requesting an activity, it must be requested 48 hours in advance.
- For the transportation service, a notice of 12 hrs will be needed.
- The Hotel is not responsible for valuables or belongings left in common spaces. All objects found and reported to The Hotel will be safeguarded in accordance with internal procedure.
- All guests are committed to good behavior and good manners within the hotel facilities. The Hotel reserves the right to evict without prior notice any guest whose behavior or conduct affects other guests, the staff or the integrity of the property.
- The consumption or exchange of illegal substances or items within the hotel facilities is prohibited. The Hotel reserves the right to report this conduct to the competent authorities without prior notice.
- In case of wanting to extend the departure time, the Guest must inform the Reception before 11:00 and an additional hourly charge is applied, being subject to room availability.
- In case the guest wants to extend his stay after his original departure date, he must notify Reception before 11:00 am on the day of departure and this request will be subject to room availability and current rates.
- In case of requiring a fiscal invoice at the end of the stay, this will be issued after Check out, having completed the form at the Reception and this invoice will be issued via email. Only payments made to the hotel directly will be billed. Billing does not apply to payments through intermediaries.
